Effective 30 September 2026. Kirayo is provided by Codepth IT Solutions Private Limited, India.
Depending on how you use Kirayo, we process your name, phone number, email, property and tenancy records, rent and deposit records, payment references, service requests, property photos, notification token, and identity-verification information you choose to provide.
We use this data only to operate the property-management and resident services you request, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and secure the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Data is stored using Amazon Web Services in the Europe (London) region and is accessible to the relevant property team and authorized support staff.
If an owner explicitly enables automatic payment matching, the Android app examines notifications from supported UPI, bank and SMS apps. It ignores OTPs, debit alerts and unrelated notifications. From qualifying “money received” alerts it sends the amount, UTR/reference, payer name and time to Kirayo to match a resident-reported payment. This optional access can be revoked in Android Settings.
Kirayo does not ask for an Aadhaar number or OTP. For UIDAI Offline e-KYC, the uploaded ZIP is deleted after verification; only the verified name, date of birth, address, photo and last four digits are retained. Active account data is kept while required to provide the service. Tax, payment and tenancy records may be retained for up to eight years where law requires; other personal data is deleted or de-identified after a valid deletion request.
You may access, correct or request deletion of your data, withdraw optional permissions, and complain about our handling. See our account deletion page.
